Pay over time

A set monthly payment. No five-figure day one.

You need a real website. The kind that costs real money. That doesn’t mean you have to write one big check. One total agreed up front. Set monthly payments. Everything in writing. And when it’s paid, the site is completely yours—files and domain.

The straight version

Smaller payments. Not a smaller website.

This is not a stripped-down template. Not a forever rental. It’s the same full build I’d do for anyone—planned around your business, not a page count.

The written agreement spells out the pages, the services, the total balance, the schedule, hosting, support, and the ownership transfer. Before work begins. Not after.

How it works

Four steps. No fine print between them.

01

Define the right website

I learn the services, customers, locations, goals, contact needs, and visual direction before determining scope. Your business sets the size. Not a package.

02

Agree on the full terms

You get the total project price and payment schedule in writing. “Until paid” always refers to a clearly stated balance. A number you can point to.

03

Build and launch

I create the agreed homepage, service pages, area content, visuals, search structure, contact paths, and supporting pages. The whole thing goes live.

04

Completely yours when paid

When the agreed balance is paid, ownership transfers according to the contract—files and domain. Hosting and support are handled separately and transparently.

The same complete foundation

Same build. Different payment.

Nothing gets cut because you’re paying monthly. The website can include all of this.

  • Business discovery and strategy
  • Professional homepage
  • Dedicated service pages
  • Useful service-area pages
  • Website copywriting
  • Authentic or custom generated visuals
  • Google and AI-search structure
  • Contact and lead-capture system
  • Mobile-first development
  • Launch, hosting, and support options
In writing before you commit

No surprise bills. No vague forever payment.

01

Total website price

The agreement identifies the complete amount being paid toward ownership. One number. It doesn’t move.

02

Payment schedule

The amount, frequency, due dates, and expected payoff—all documented. You know what you pay and when you’re done.

03

Hosting and support

Recurring operational services are identified separately from the website purchase balance. You always know which dollar goes where.

04

Ownership transfer

The agreement explains exactly what you receive when the website is paid and how continued hosting works if you want it.

Rather fund it up front? Some businesses would. Deposit and milestones, same serious build. That’s the traditional build. One price. Two ways to pay it. Either way, you own the site outright when it’s paid.

No budget isn’t a reason to wait.

Tell me about the business. I’ll recommend the scope before we talk exact terms.
